Refund Policy for Kemo Saas

At Kemo Saas, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless experience with our Sales and Marketing CRM platform. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below for more information:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues that prevent the proper functioning of the CRM platform.
  • Features or functionalities promised are not available or do not work as described.

2. Timeframe for Refunds:

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Refund requests made after this timeframe may not be considered.

Refund Process

  1. Log in to the system: https://app.kemosaas.com
  2. Go to Settings => Company Billing => Billing History 
  3. Grab the Invoice No that you want to refund 
  4. Email us at finance@kemosaas.com with this information: 
    1. Full Name 
    2. Invoice Number
    3. Invoice Amount 
    4. Last 4 digits of the card the invoice was paid with 
    5. Refund reason
  5. We will contact you shortly after.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain fees or charges may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription fees for services already rendered.
  • Setup fees or customization charges.
  • Third-party integration fees.

5. Trial Period Refunds:

If you are within the trial period of using our CRM platform and are dissatisfied, you may be eligible for a full refund upon request.

6. Final Discretion:

  • Kemo Saas reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or appear to be fraudulent.
  • Decisions regarding refunds are made at the sole discretion of Kemo Saas and are final.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy:

  • Kemo Saas reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying customers via email.
